Eddie took time to hear what I thought was happening then started checking the AC unit. He then examined the handler and compressor and explained what was truly happening and what was needed to correct the problem. Each suggestion was explained and took time to address my concerns and questions. Eddie worked diligently and before leaving he verified all was working well. He is also very polite. Highly recommend him as a professional.
