He was easy to talk to and totally professional.. Charlie, I must say that you Misters Ball and Mayo were squeaky clean. I felt comfortable with each of you and appreciated your willingness to answer my questions and explain things as you went along without my asking you to. Eddie took time to hear what I thought was happening then started checking the AC unit. He then examined the handler and compressor and explained what was truly happening and what was needed to correct the problem. Each suggestion was explained and took time to address my concerns and questions. Eddie worked diligently and before leaving he verified all was working well. He is also very polite. Highly recommend him as a professional.
